Sorry if this has been covered, but I was wondering if anyone knew when the third book in this series will be coming out, and what's the title?

Secondly, anyone know what "Sanction Five" might be?

1. I don't know (Amazon doesn't even have it listed yet, so it probably hasn't gone to the publishers yet), but I hope it's soon...

2. I got the impression Sanction 5 was 'administration-approved' assassins, possibly used by the up-timers to take out difficult terrorist targets, here, possibly used to assassinate Hitler and co.?
