FDR in any case?

In a timeline in which the wall street crash of 1929 and depression is avoid (or posponed) ,FDR would have been elect President of United States in 1932?

It depends on how good the economy is, if the boom ends in a normal recession and not a crash. FDR could still get elected.

Also repealing prohibition might be an issue.

He would still be a strong candidate - the Roosevelt name, a strong political record in New York, etc. However, absent the Depression, FDR would not have a ready-made issue to run on, and Hoover would probably be a much stronger candidate. Roosevelt would also be a different President, if elected. With no economic and social crisis, it is unlikely FDR would be as "progressive". Certainly the impetus behind the New Deal and the massive expansion of Federal power would never happen...or at least not happen when it did OTL.

He'd still have a better shot than any other realistic Democratic nominee in '32. After 12 years of Republican Presidents, the people might be willing to give the Democrats another term in the White House. As others have mention, prohibition could be a good issue to run on and if there is still an economic downturn (a normal recession) this can create a scenario FDR could still win. Of course, if Hoover is the incumbent and there is no economic trouble by the time of the election, he would probably have the advantage.
