Okay, guys, I know the question is unrealistic, but let's say using absolute luck, and also at some point Adolf Hitler became Russia's leader. Well, de facto, Hitler's rise to power in Germany had a lot of luck now. To ask me how to make Hitler the leader of Russia, how will the change be in this matter? And let's replace Hitler the Aryan racist for Hitler the racist Slavic

Easiest way - he meets Stalin whilst they are both in Vienna, becomes a committed communist. Hitler later moves to the Soviet Union, where he rises in the ranks of the Bolsheviks, and eventually becomes leader of the USSR.
The only way this could remotely even make sense is if he became a Communist pre-World War I. Say the starving artist befriends Stalin and/or Trotsky in 1913/4 when all three lived in Vienna and somehow joined the Bolshevik movement instead of moving to Germany, immigrating to Russia during the Civil War and becoming a senior leader.

Leaving the how and why for a sec, can you imagine Adolf Gitlersky backed by the soviet industrial, resource and manpower might? Holy s***. Can he somehow even in part "germanize" the soviet military and industry (ie make it more efficient)? He will back communist movements in Europe and Asia, probably extend soviet influence over Eastern Europe, it might be even possible Germany turns communist instead of nazi. And if there is still a war, god help whoever he's fighting. KMT is f***, the japanese will be s*** themselves, and so on. He will die in his bed sometime in the 1960s as the head of the biggest, most poweful country on earth.
Just as he is surveying his new Russian territory, having swept aside the soviet armies like dry leaves, and while thinking of how to phrase his order to clear the world of everyone he considers subhuman, Hitler is rudely awakened by his alarm clock.

You’d need a Hitler to lead a very different life in Vienna for him to be a Communist IMO.
He could get sent to the Eastern Front, get captured by the Russian Empire, becomes a communist after the Russian Revolutions, and hangs around on his way to power.
Hitler could even be selected as a 'temporary/compromise' leader after Lenin or whomever, and just stay there through inertia.
This would require a pretty radical change in Hitler's prejudices (though I don't know how anti-Slav he was before WW1) and German views. I feel the only way you'd get this without Hitler being a completely different person is if in his late teens-20 or so he makes friends with someone good at convincing him that Russia and Slavs are actually cool. Honestly I think it's more likely for Hitler to become an Anglophile than he would a Russophile
People, just a heads up: ASB specifically means TLs with supernatural, extraterrestrial, and geological intervention in a TL, it does not means "extremely unlikely to happen", I shrugged off this timeline when it appeared on the main page, but now it has actually made me interested in such a scenario, even if it is comically impossible.
The only POD that I can see in here, is Hitler becoming a hardcore Communist before WW1 instead of a German Ultra-Nationalist/Aryan theorist, befriending Stalin, Trotsky, and/or Lenin, and eventually moving to Russia and aiding the Bolsheviks during the Russian Revolution, but even if Gitler is a Communist living in Russia ITTL, something would need to prevent Stalin from rising to power, and Gitler from quickly rising the ranks instead of Stalin and anyone else.the evil genius Gitler snatches a plot to poison both Stalin and Trostky, usurping the throne of the Red Tsar for himself!

And about OP asking if Hitler would become a racist Slavic/Russian Nationalist instead of an Aryanist, he could very well continue being a genocidal racist as he was IOTL, but him being a Pan-Slavist instead? I don't think so, just think for a bit: the leader of Russia/the USSR is himself an ethnic German/Austrian who does not even comes from the historical German minorities of Russia (like Volga Germans, Baltic Germans, Caucasus Germans, etc.), Gitler is a full-blown foreigner who immigrated to Russia, and somehow managed to become its leader, at least for Stalin, while he was an ethnic Georgian, he was born when Georgia had been a part of the Russian Empire for a long time, and his contemporaries saw that Georgia would remain a part of the USSR forever.
ITTL, the USSR under Gitler could be more internationalistic and appeal towards world revolution, disregarding Socialism in one Country or at least its OTL variation of it, since the USSR's supreme ruler was not even born and raised in Russia nor any of its republics, and (apparently) he has only lived in there for around 11 years, with the foreign-born Gitler wanting to show to the world that the USSR is not a result of Russia falling to Bolshevism due to Russian problems, but the entire proletarian world wanting to unite under the same banner.

I also think that his nickname was "Andy", or that was maybe my head-canon back then, I thought that this TL was awesome back when I was still a young teenager getting into alternate history but now the more I remember of it the more goofy and nonsensical it is.
