Latest Possible Start of WWII?

With a POD of January 30, 1933 (the day Hitler became Chancellor) what is the latest possible year WWII could start? Is it possible for the war's start to be delayed into the 1940's? I read Hitler originally expected war around 1942 and I was curious if it was possible for it to be delayed that long or even longer.

It's hard to say. Depends on which board members might have covered this area, but if Britain and France doesn't help Poland and Hitler doesn't declare war on US after Japan attacks Pearl Harbor it might be years before way is declared.

Most likely it would start off with Germany against Poland. Then Germany and Allies against the USSR. Britain joins the war when Germany attacks North Africa and it brings France in. But I don't know what it would take for it to happen that way.
