Lets say that rock that hit Norway on Wednesday morning, with the same power as the Hiroshima bomb but with no radiation, was a couple of degrees off, and hit further south...

Lets say somewhere near the French/German boarder.

What happens next...

OK, we know that from 7 km away, it sounded like a dynamite charge sounds from 1 km away. We know that the picture depicts about a 60 deg angle of impact. And we believe that it weighs at least 90 kg...

Hmm. We need a lot more data. A 90kg comet wouldn't make a noise from 7km away; heck, a 1 ton comet wouldn't either.
