the nuke was a stolen "Lost" soviet warhead

Unlike what fiction, nukes are hella hard to get, like really hard, let alone detonated them without the proper methods

Even assuming Aum cult somehow could get an atomic bomb from the fall of the Soviets, how will they transport it anyway ? Even when they attacked with sarin, their sarin aren't perfect so it didn't kill as many people as it could if it's perfect.I think a dirty bomb is more plausible rather than a nuclear bomb although I don't know for sure.
