WI: United Airlines Flight 811 crashes?

What would happen when United Airlines Flight 811 loses all of control and then crashes over the Pacific Ocean after the cargo door blows out killing 9 people, subsequently killing all 346 people on-board.

How this would the Aviation industry react when Flight 811 crashed?

I think what the effects are happen when Flight 811 crashes:
  1. Boeing and United Airlines may subsequently faced multiple lawsuits for the hypothetical crash of Flight 811 by the families of the victims and others (on par with Turkish Airlines Flight 981 lawsuits).
  2. An investigation that is very difficult since the wreckage is lies at the bottom ocean.
  3. The hypothetical crash's death toll would be total of 355 fatalites, making the deadliest and the worst air disaster of America's history, surpassing the death toll of American Airlines Flight 191.
  4. Six months later, while the investigation of the hypothetical crash of Flight 811 is still ongoing, United Airlines Flight 232, a DC-10 crashes over Sioux City Airport. This prompts the FAA question United Airlines about their safety records.
  5. The FAA could also ground the older 747s after the hypothetical crash.

Consider this: the investigation of Pan Am Flight 103 is still ongoing. Many are going to wonder if this is also a bombing, particularly after Pan Am 103's crash is concluded to be a terrorist act...

the controls cables don't run that way in a 747,unless the door hits the tail it's not going to go out of control, more likely a ditching if the 2 remaining engines didn't last to landing
